2024 GSHE Move Out

Move-out permit is only needed if you plan to load items inside the convention center or require forklift. You may park at the convention center and carry items out. Do not block convention center access or remove convention center property from the building - carts, rollers, forklifts, etc. No unauthorized equipment may be used inside convention center.
Sign-up and check-in is a self-service process and GSHE staff may not be present at marshaling yard.
Check-in will use the location services on your phone to verify your location. Please click "allow" when prompted. The check-in process will not complete if location services are disabled on your device or you are not at the marshaling yard.
Please only come to the convention center with a move-out permit. Permits will be valid for 30 minutes after they are issued.
Move-out may be interrupted by trains.
Mardi Gras will slow move-out due to congested roadways.
Please avoid damage to any carpet that may be crossed during move out.
GSHE is not responsible for items in purchased booths and recommends that someone be present at purchased booths.
Move-out doors will not open until 3pm.
Exhibitors will have priority over non-Exhibitors.
Make sure the booth materials are ready to load before check-in.
Excessive load times with forklifts may result in additional fees - $100/hour.
