2025 GSHE Move-In

Sign-up and check-in is a self-service process and GSHE staff may not be present at marshaling yard.
Check-in will use the location services on your phone to verify your location. Please click "allow" when prompted. The check-in process will not complete if location services are disabled on your device or you are not at the marshaling yard.
Please only come to the convention center with a move-in permit. Permits will be valid for 30 minutes after they are issued.
Move-in may be interrupted by trains.

For Tractor Trailers: If your vehicle cannot make the turn into the lot, continue straight and get on I-10 west. Take the next exit 25A for Texas Street. Stay in the left lane where you will U-turn and get back on I-10 eastbound. Take exit 26A for Canal Street and make a right onto Water Street at the base of the ramp. Lot will be on your left with a better approach angle.

All users are automatically opted out upon completion of move in or move out of convention center.
